Like the Panel Pledge, the Inclusive AI Pledge turns intent into everyday leadership action. It sets clear expectations for how AI is designed, used and governed, so equality and inclusion are built in from the outset.
The Inclusive AI Prompt is a practical tool that can be used to ensure equality, inclusion, fairness, safety and respect are built into outputs from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. It is informed by testing and application across 100+ real-world scenarios, spanning policy, procurement, communications, product and system design. The Prompt provides a framework for leaders and teams to use AI responsibly, ensuring it strengthens, rather than undermines, gender equality. The Prompt also applies the Gender Compass messaging guide to help advocates of gender equality communicate effectively with a wide range of
audiences.
